Give it a Go

Our Give it a Go session yesterday went as well as we could have hoped!! It was so nice seeing loads of new faces and having the support of Panto Society! Many photos and videos were taken which will be added to the gallery soon. We hope everyone who went enjoyed themselves and feels they understand Backstage even better! If not, please feel free to email us and ask! We have lots more going on over the next few weeks with two crew calls out/going out this weekend for Cabaret and Ghost, a training day this Sunday the 4th at 1pm and next week, Backstage’s 20th Birthday party! Come celebrate in style, with the Riley Smith Hall booked out for a very grown up afternoon tea for the afternoon. The training schedule for tomorrow goes like this: 3:00-14:00 Intro Training + Set training 14:00-15:00 Lighting Training + Recap training (for old members) 15:00-16:00 Intro training 16:00-17:00 Sound Training + Recap training 17:00-18:00 Intro Training +Stage training We’d love to hear more about what interests you Backstage and intro train you to crew a show. You’re welcome to come for a small section or the whole day. All members need to be intro trained to work on a show (this can be done at a later stage if need be). Hope to see you tomorrow or next Sunday!
